Terms of use

Who runs this site

323area is a free local directory run by Supercanic LLC. Listings come from public information and from what business owners tell us. Please confirm hours, prices and services with the business before you go. We do not sell anything listed here and we are not part of any deal between you and a business.

Adding or claiming a listing

When you add or claim a listing you are saying you own the business or have the owner's permission to speak for it. We can edit, shorten or remove any listing at any time.

What you send us

If you send descriptions, photos, logos or reviews, you are saying you have the right to share them. You let us show them, resize them and use them on our sites.

Authors and bylines

If you sign up and choose to be an author, writer, reviewer or expert, and you publish or send us content, you agree that your authorship and your content can be reused anywhere in our network.

Our network means every website, directory, blog and listing site owned or run by Supercanic LLC and its brands, including Clickflame, and the sites we run for clients.

This covers your name, photo, business name, job title, credentials, licenses, years of experience, bio, quotes and your byline. We may name you as the author or reviewer of your content, and of edited, updated, shortened or combined versions of it. We may show an author page for you and link to it. We do not owe you payment and we do not need to ask you each time we reuse it.

You confirm that what you tell us about yourself is true. We never add a credential or experience you did not give us. If you want your name taken off going forward, ask through the contact form and we will remove it from the live pages we control.

No guarantees

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep listings right but we cannot promise they are complete or current, and we are not liable for what happens when you rely on one. We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes.
